A fairly minor rebuild:
- update to the latest 4.5 snapshot as quite some bug fixes have been 
backported since the last release.
- updated the libstdc++ man pages

The PKGBUILD is now set-up to always run the test suite.  All failures 
we see can be ignored  (details for those that are interested: 
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/User:Allan/Toolchain#gcc )
