[arch-dev-public] iputils fails on docs

Hi guys,
i cannot build new iputils due to fail in docs,
osx:/etc/xml/catalog:2:78:E: name expected
osx:/etc/xml/catalog:2:18:E: cannot find "PUBLIC"; tried "/etc/xml/PUBLIC", 
"/usr/share/sgml/PUBLIC", "/usr/share/xml/PUBLIC"
osx:arping.sgml:1:0:E: prolog can't be omitted unless CONCUR NO and LINK 
EXPLICIT NO and either IMPLYDEF ELEMENT YES or IMPLYDEF DOCTYPE YES

any help would be much appreciated.
