I am unsure about my signoff.

Either of the udev, bluez or linux updates causes Xorg to ignore my
bluetooth mouse. When I investigate with udevadm info, I see that the
ID_INPUT* properties are not set. When I manually set the ID_INPUT=1 and
ID_INPUT_MOUSE=1 using a udev rule[1], the mouse works again.

I am not sure who is at fault here, I'll need to investigate.

[1] ACTION=="add", SUBSYSTEM=="input", ATTRS{uniq}=="11:22:33:...",
ENV{ID_INPUT}="1", ENV{ID_INPUT_MOUSE}="1"
