[arch-dev-public] Move libedit from extra to core for openssh dependency

Hello,

As stated in this bug report [0] sftp lacks TAB completion and history
through UP and DOWN arrows because of missing libedit dependency.

Some devs already posted positively about the move. Has anyone got
something against it?

BTW I'm also reviewing bugs related to openssh so please feel free to
post on bug reports if needed.
