Lirc compiles now, fixing it was very easy. I also pulled some extra
fixes from git and fixed some remaining bugs (backup arrays).

The patch for 2.6.39 is sent upstream, it probably needs some ifdefs to
support older kernels, but I don't care about that. We'll see what
upstream does with it.
