I updated soprano to a snapshot with Raptor2 support. I updated rasqal and 
raptor to latest release, and rebuilt redland e soprano. Everything is in 
[staging].

Note, redland was already in staging for the db rebuild, it should be moved to 
[testing] when db move too.

Andreas, what about raptor1? liblrdf and [community]/rawstudio depend on it.
