[arch-dev-public] udev-168-2 needs to be moved to [testing]

Hi guys,

There was a regression in udev-168, I have backported two patches to
fix the problem:

Hector just reported back that udev-168-2 solves the problem.


Can I ask someone to push it to testing? You'll find the packages in
my staging directory on gerolde.
