[arch-dev-public] [signoff] ed 1.5-4

I've dropped a rebuild of ed into testing to provide a sig. PKGBUILD
changes:

- remove the info page
- remove the install scriptlet (which only serviced the info page)
- add a check function

And the test suite passes!

Please signoff both arches.
