[arch-dev-public] netcfg 2.8.4 fails to start systemd service

Please don't move it to core until this will be fixed.

I'm using a simple ethernet-static profile that has been working well
with netcfg 2.8.3 and 2.8.4 fails to get started:

netcfg.service - Netcfg multi-profile daemon
          Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/netcfg.service; enabled)
          Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Sat, 16 Jun 2012 11:50:00 +0200; 2min 34s ago
         Process: 336 ExecStart=/usr/bin/netcfg-daemon start (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
