A couple of new failures here, but nothing related to the new toolchain.

Build failures:
FAIL:  openssl (perl 5.18 pod issue)
FAIL:  perl (devtools hostname issue)
FAIL:  grub (devtools ro filesystem issue)
FAIL:  krb5 (bison-3.0 update issue)

Testsuite failures:
FAIL:  cloog (isl-0.12 incompatibility)
FAIL:  texinfo (perl 5.18 incompatibility)
