[arch-dev-public] Orphan packages in [core]

We seem to be building a collection of orphan packages in [core].  Here
is a list:

db
gdbm
keyutils
krb5
libffi
libldap
netctl
openldap
pambase
popt
rp-pppoe
sdparm
traceroute
vi

Many of these are required by lots of other packages, so we should be
able to find maintainers!  I think all devs automatically have access to
[core] these days, so that should not be an issue.
