Hi,
kynikos on the forum has discovered a flagrant violation of the trademarked
Arch Linux logo: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=159730
The original message for those of you too lazy to follow the forum link:

Given that this "movie making team" seems to be focused on posting videos of
games there is a good chance that it's just some kid who doesn't understand
trademark violation, so I recommend that you approach this delicately by first
sending a friendly yet formal letter to request that Inventive Arts cease and
desist using the Arch Linux logo.
Perhaps something along the lines of the following:
RE: illegal use of the Arch Linux logo
It has been brought to our attention that Inventive Arts is currently using
the trademarked Arch Linux logo to represent itself across various internet
sites:
http://www.youtube.com/user/InventiveArtsHD
http://steamcommunity.com/groups/InventiveArts
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Inventive-Arts/418000418274710?skip_nax_wizard=true

Use of the Arch Linux logo in this way is a violation of trademark law. We ask
that Inventive Arts immediately remove the logo from all of their web pages and
other media where it has been used and avoid its use in the future. If this is
done then we will consider this matter resolved. If Inventive Arts persists in
using the Arch Linux logo then we will be forced to pursue this issue further
as required by law to defend our trademark.
