[arch-dev-public] netctl possible to move to extra?

Hi,
I replaced netcfg with netctl on my latest archboot iso and now I saw
that it is still only in testing available.
Would it be possible to move it to extra repository, else my ftp install
routine is broken.
If it's not possible it's not a big deal i'll post a hint then.
