[arch-dev-public] dropping uml_utilities

I'm thinking about dropping uml_utilities, I have used it in the past in
uni courses. But now I don't use it anymore and I think there are better
alternatives atm ( latest release was in 2007 ).

I'm dropping it unless someone wants to maintain it.
