[arch-dev-public] gcc-5.1 in [testing]

Hi all,

The gcc-5.1 toolchain is now in [testing].

gcc-5.1.0-1:
 - upstream update
 - built with --with-default-libstdcxx-abi=c++98  (so no rebuild at this
stage)
 - libmpx is not build - will be in the future

linux-api-headers-4.0-1:
 - upstream update

binutils-2.25-4:
 - pull changes from 2.25 release branch
 - has some now testsuite failures I am investigating

glibc-2.21-4:
 - just a rebuild!

libtool:
 - rebuild pending...
