[arch-dev-public] Inactivity of Jakob Wadsager

Hi,

Jakob was our mirror admin until last year when he stopped responding to
tickets. I've been unable to get in touch with him via IRC (although his
client frequently reconnects to freenode), he didn't responed to mailing
list traffic and his last login in archweb was on 2013-12-31.

I'll disable his account in one week unless anyone objects.

PS: CC'ing Jakob just in case
