[arch-dev-public] Missing /run/lock/lockdev

Hi,

(Sorry, the previous mail was an accident.)

Two of my packages (gnokii [1] and java-rxtx [2] ) still uses the
/run/lock/lockdev directory, but it was dropped from systemd 229 [3].
Without this directory (and the "lock" group), these applications fail to
create the lock file, and unable to work.

What should I do?
