Since you don't have permissions to push packages to testing, db-update
didn't add the package to testing.

You can just remove the repos/testing-* directories in svn and then
remove the packages and signatures on nymeria in ~/staging/testing-*.
Then run community-testingpkg and try db-update again and it should be
alright.
