[arch-devops] Kristian Klausen is now a full DevOps!

Hey everyone,

as Kristian has proven himself to be hard-working and reliable, the 
DevOps team has decided to promote him to full DevOps with all 
responsibilities and privileges that come with that.

He's been a Junior DevOps for 2 months but has been consistently 
contributing for way longer than that.

Welcome onboard, Kristian. Let's break Arch together.
