Dear projects,

we want to tell you, that it will be possible to sleep in your developer
rooms. Please tell us, if somebody will sleep in your room. If you really
don't want to sleep in your developer rooms, we can offer you rooms at the
nearby Hotel Regina. For Friday and Saturday night we subsidize them and 
can
thus offer a double room for 25 Euro per person and night. Unfortunately 
there
is only a limited number of rooms left, so we will give away the rooms 
on the
basis of "first come, first served".

Please let us know whether you would like to accept this offer.

Please tell us the names of the people who will run your developer room, 
so we
can deposit their free tickets at the cash desk. With these tickets they 
will
also get free catering.

We are looking forward to see you all at FrOSCon. Thanks again for your
support.
