[arch-events] DevRoom @ FrOSCon CfP

As the DevRoom for Arch at this year's FrOSCon has been confirmed, it's now time to gather
suggestions for talks and presentations on your favourite distro.

30th, so there's enough time to submit your proposal.

Please spread the word on social media, other channels including mailing lists and elsewhere as appropriate.
