[arch-general] Hardcoded or not

I put my words here but it's just my opinion:
1. Arch's devs are great and cute.
2. I am against to hardcoded-things.
3. If possible, I prefer what has been hardcoded in file system mounting
should put int one file: fstab.
4. Should I open a bug tracker for the discussion.
