[arch-general] funny colors startx

seeing funny colors momentarily, when starting or shutting down an X
 session. X itself behaves normally after that.
 using:
 [GeForce Go 7400] and nvidia 169.12-2
 my "uname -a":
 Linux dirac 2.6.24-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Mar 30 11:40:06 CEST 2008
 i686 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T5500 @ 1.66GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux
 any other users here having the same experience?
