[arch-general] Slow startup of mc

Hi.
I just found out that mc (midnight commander) in extra repository is
buggy in a sense that it will take
around 7 secs or more to start. This happens to me on several machines.
Other distro are reporting this issues too:

To resolve this issue, I have downloaded mc-mp from community which is
more stable.

I am suggesting that mc to be removed from the extra repo since it
is an unstable version of mc.
