Hi,

i recognized that libxslt makes the step to 1.1.23 but if you use tellico
(http://periapsis.org/tellico/) than there could be a problem with it:

See this please only as an information because it seems that at the moment the
author of tellico don't know what is the reason (tellico or libxslt).
