[arch-general] kde4 Help system error - Arch or KDE error?

Listmates,

	I got a strange error when selecting help inside konqueror settings. the error was:

"The file or folder help:/ does not exist."

	Is this an Arch or kde issue? (my guess is kde, but I thought I would ask) Also, can anyone confirm this? Go to konqueror -> Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> File Management -> General and then click on the "Help" button and let me know if you get the error. Thanks.
