I became curios how other distros package phc - turns out they don't.
There are two packages provided on phc website, one for RPM-based
systems, other for FreeBSD. Both packages are outdated and neither
tackles custom php build flags. It might be that a custom build of PHP
wasn't required in prior versions.

Suggestion: create a PHP package built with --enable-embed flag, name
it something other than php and make it a dependency for the phc
package. Anyone care to comment why this might be a bad idea?
