Just enabled it in your pacman.conf:

[kde-unstable]
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

[testing]
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

[core]
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

[extra]
Include = /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
