The kdemod3 packages get installed /opt/kde, so they don't conflict with
their KDE4 counterparts. And kdemod3 has its own arts package:
kdemod3-arts.
So if you start the kdemod3 desktop, the kde3 arts package will get used
and you'll have sound.
