When you have an incorrect url, it is usually a good idea to try going
up. You could have seen ftp://archlinux.org did not work either.
It is ftp://ftp.archlinux.org
ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/other/nouveau-drm/mesa-drm-20090303.tar.bz2
