[arch-general] Option "XkbLayout" doesn't work?

Hi folks,

It looks like the setting of keyboards layouts in xorg.conf doesn't
work anymore, or I'm missing something?

The only way I can set up the kbd layout is the using "setxkbmap" with
the same settings in my "~/.xinitrc".

Is it a bug of a "feature" of the new X?
