[arch-general] dcopserver problem

Hi list,

Last few days or so of weeks having huge problems with kde4 after the last 
upgrade.

Apps just hang, clicking on the toolbar > no reponse for eons.

messages were around  kbuildsycoca: WARNING's......

I looked on the forums/net and they seemed to indicate that typing

dcopserver_shutdown, followed by kdeinit would fix the problem, which it sort 
of does temporarily.

I wondered what could be going on and how to fix it permanantly.

Any helip appreciated.
