[arch-general] Advice need on upgrading

They've simply changed the way the system is packaged.  Wait a day or so,
and your mirror should catch up, and the dependencies won't be a problem
any more.  I did the upgrade this morning (without any dependency
issues), and everything works great, and a couple bug fixes were very
evident.
