[arch-general] Looking for czech and simplified chinese speakers for a quick pacman translation update

Although I don't know chinese (as I'm an american born chinese) (I do know
Japanese if that's needed.)

I might be able to get some of my cousins to do it if they want in their
free time...should I do so?
