Try this Denis:

[msx at paradise ~]$ cat /usr/share/autostart/plasma-desktop.desktop
[Desktop Entry]
Exec=plasma-desktop --graphicssystem raster

Also you can add --graphicssystem raster to all KDE apps to boost
performance, specially Yakuake if you use it.
This hack should work with KWin composite feature enabled.
