[arch-general] pdftk - almost build but died - need help figuring out if I can find a work-around

Don't feel bad, I didn't even make it that for because of my lack of knowledge
of incorporating foreign patches and editing Makefiles :p Maybe somebody with
the requisite knowledge can jump in here and lend us a hand. Who knows, maybe
even the package maintainer can lend a hand since the package is now a year out
of date?
