[arch-general] Weird behaviour A/C vs battery

Thanks a lot for your reply. In this laptop (a Toshiba Satellite U500, 
btw) I've had several versions of Ubuntu and Fedora installed, and 
Windows 7 -- although it's currently Arch-only. I've only had this 
behaviour in Arch.
