I ran across the repo-add/repo-remove scripts while looking at the pacman wiki:

  https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pacman_Tips

Great work. For those that build packages from AUR/ABS, etc.. if you need to
install them on multiple boxes handling both architectures, creating your own
custom repository for your packages is a snap. If you haven't looked into the
repo-add/repo-remove scripts, the Pacman_Tips page is worth a read.

Basically, you simply use repo-add to build the repository index for all your
custom packages and make it available on your lan via file://, http:// or
ftp://. Then just add the entry to your pacman.conf and you have your custom
repo done. Details at the link above or through 'repo-add --help'
