Where does this package come from? Why don't you accept the proposed removal
of it?

If you need Term::ReadLine::GNU, try this PKGBUILD that seems correctly
written: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=12530

If you only need Term::ReadLine, it's provided by perl.
