you are probably experiencing https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/25527
I had the same thing yesterday and solved it quickly by doing:

# pacman -Rdd pygobject pygobject-devel
# pacman -S --asdeps python2-gobject2

after that I was able to -Syu fine
