[arch-general] can alsa be adjusted to clear these logon errors?

I get these all the time. For me, they happen with anything using
portaudio - espeak/espeakup come to mind.
Running them 2>/dev/null seems to stop those messages from printing.
This will also have the side effect of not logging errors to the console
though, which you might want.
