None of this really matters - the only place where uuidd is used is here:
$ cat /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/uuidd.conf
d /run/uuidd 0755 uuidd uuidd
As long as the user and group exist (no matter which UID/GID),
everything will be fine. On top of that, virtually nobody uses uuidd.
