For now, downgrade to mercurial 2.0.2 using : 
http://arm.konnichi.com/search/

I reported a bug on bugzilla.mozilla.org bugtracker related to 
thunderbird trunk source code grabbing.

So, until a fix is found either in mercurial or the AUR package you're 
using, downgrading is the only answer :(
