[arch-general] /var/run should not be contained in the package file list.

On my machine,runing "pacman -Ql | grep "/var/run" | cut -d' ' -f1 |
sort -u",got following:

apache
avahi
dbus-core
filesystem
proftpd
samba
courier-authlib
