Also, these are the other Nvidia options that I have tweaked over the 
years. Not sure how many are still valid.

Option "TripleBuffer" "True"
Option "PixmapCacheSize" "300000"
Option "OnDemandVBlankInterrupts" "True"

The cache size helped a lot a while back with Wine games I think.
