[arch-general] Why Multiple Forums for different issues? Arch Linux/ARM?

Because Archlinuxarm is unsupported by Archlinux. it is a seperate
project.  The same reason archbang, chakra, bridgelinux, and
archlinux-ppc are seperate as well.
