[arch-general] Download wiki arch!

With wget. Something like

   wget -r -np http://wiki.archlinux.org/

It'll be rather little messy, and you'd probably be better off in the long 
term trying to coax an existing wikipedia download tool (wikipediafs is nice) 
into using wiki.archlinux.org.
