Most features should be the same as non-free code is in
virtualbox-ext-oracle[1]. Using community version is recommended.

There is small differences like:
- module compilation via dkms (useful with non-upstream kernel). But
you also can use dkms-virtualbox with community package.
- virtualbox-bin is compiled by Oracle and shipped with compatible Qt
libraries. Once it made the difference.
