[arch-general] Still no word on Apache httpd 2.4

Some modules aren't compatible with 2.4. Around a month ago I heard at
least mod_php and mod_fastcgi are having problems, but I don't know if
those have been fixed yet.

If you want to help, build 2.4 yourself, rebuild and test all modules we
have in the repos and contact their upstream maintainers in case of
problems.
