everything went fine during the upgrade.

libglapi, libgbm, libgles, libegl, khrplatform-devel, libgl were removed  
while

mesa was upgraded and mesa-libgl added.

everything seems to work fine with the free intel & ati drivers. (don't  
have catalyst installed.)

system appears to run a wee bit hotter (~3 deg.) after the update, but  
that may be due to a variety of reasons. (i'm sometimes affected by  
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/32025 -- FS#32025 - [linux] 3.6.2 - 3.7.x  
results laptop 10 degrees warmer.)
